Two Things Worth Knowing
I lost my phone / got a new laptop — am I locked out?
No. Sign in with the same email and master password on any device, and your encrypted vault syncs back automatically. Changing hardware is a non-event — that's the whole point of building this properly.
I forgot my master password — can Voimar reset it?
No, and this is by design, not an oversight. Because we never see your master password or your unencrypted data, we have no way to recover it — the same limitation every real zero-knowledge vault has (1Password, Bitwarden included). That's what makes the privacy claim genuine rather than marketing. We give you a Recovery Kit the moment you create your vault — save it somewhere safe, and this never becomes a problem.
